みなさん、こんにちは！私はクリスティーン・フラーです。私はアメリカ出身ですが、日本ではもう長いこと英語の先生をしています。大学ではインターナショナル・コミュニケーションを学び、卒業後すぐにTESOL (英語を第２言語として教える教授法）の資格を取得しました。あらゆる年令の生徒さんを様々なところで教えてきました。私の生徒さんが英語の学習を進めていくうちに、それからまた彼らの人生において成功を収めたり、成長をしたり、さらに変わっていくのを見ることは私の喜びです。私の育った街はウァキーシャといってとてもユニークな街です。というのも素晴らしいレストランやスポーツのイベントや毎年の夏祭りなどがあるいくつかの大きな街に近いからです。私はスポーツが好きというわけではないですが、家族や友達とフェスティバルに行くのは大好きです。ウァキーシャはまたたくさんの農場や森に近いのでいろんな動物を見たり、キャンプをしたりその他いろんなアウトドアが楽しめます。私は動物と仕事をしたり遊んだりするのに興味があり、双子の妹と新しいところに旅行するのも大好きです。これまでにメキシコやトルコ、中国などにも行きました。異なる文化の食事や音楽を聴くのも大好きですので、みなさんの旅の話や日本のことなどを聞いてみたいです。私の趣味はヨガ、絵を描くこと、そしてウイスコンシンに行ったら乗馬することです。みなさんの趣味の話も聞いて見たのでぜひ教えてくださいね。そして英語で言うのを間違えても大丈夫ですよ。

Hi everyone! My name is Cristine Fuller. I’m from Wisconsin in the USA, but I’ve been working as an English teacher in Japan for many years. I studied international communication in university and earned my TESOL certification soon after. I’ve worked with students of all ages and in many different settings. I love to see my students succeed, grow, and change as they progress in their English studies and in their lives.
My hometown is called Waukesha and it’s pretty unique because it’s close to some big cities with lots of great restaurants, sporting events, and festivals every summer. I don’t really like sports, but I enjoy going to the festivals with family and friends. Waukesha is also close to lots of farms and forests, so we can see lots of cool animals, go camping, and do many other outdoor activities.
I am very interested in working and playing with animals, and I enjoy traveling to new places with my twin sister. We’ve been to places like Mexico, Turkey, and China to name a few. I love trying food, and listening to music from different cultures, so I’d like to hear about some interesting stories for your travels or things you can share about Japan. Some of my hobbies are yoga, painting, and when I visit Wisconsin I love to go horseback riding. I’m always interested in hearing about other people’s hobbies, so please teach me about your hobbies and don’t worry about making mistakes.
