大学１年の締めくくりに学校のプログラムで3週間オーストラリアのパースに行ったMちゃんが報告に来てくれました。One of our old students stopped by to let us know about the ３week college and homestay program she joined in Perth, Australia. She had so much fun there!

ホームステイ先の家のドアを開けたらこの景色ですって！！素晴らしいね。This is the view she saw every day when she opened the door of the hourse. Isn’t it great?

And the beach….!!! Amazingly beatiful!

学生にとってはちょっと高かったサンドイッチ。しっかり頬張りました。 A bit costly sandwich for a student, but tasted great!

外国に行くということ。日本を一歩出て、ちょっとの期間その土地の人の家で過ごしてみること。違う景色の中に身を置くこと。毎日英語を話すこと。今までになかった感覚を感じたことでしょう。みんなに外国を経験してほしい。いろんなことを感じ、考えてほしい。英語を話すことができればその土地の人と直接つながることができ、いろんな感動を共有できます。
