今日はほぼ一年務めてくれたWesleyの最後の日でした。

Well, it was the last day for Wesley to work at Estaminet.

本当に全ての生徒さんから惜しまれての退職です。あんなにみんなに愛を捧げた先生がいたかなぁ〜と思うほどたくさんの愛をエスタミネーに注いでくれました。

He was the teacher all the students will miss greatly. He filled Estaminet with lots of love and warm-heartedness.

おそらく多くの子供達があの笑顔で出迎えられずに来週からは寂しい思いをすると思います。そして多くの中高生や大人の生徒さんたちもちょっとの間は寂しいと思います。

Probably many students will miss his welcome with a big smile from next week.

毎年繰り返されるこの先生の退職劇ですが、本当に人が去って行くときにその人の真価がわかりますよね。

Every year I face with the teacher’s leaving, but some teachers really leave big marks no matter how long they work at Estaminet.

クラスのことはもとより、エスタミネーのためになることはいつでも率先してやってくれたWesleyには私も彼の上司としてたくさんのことを学ばせてもらいました。

He not only worked whole-heartedly for his classes but also he contributed a lot for other issues at Estaminet and I learned greatly from him as his supervisor. It is a blessing for me to have someone like him in the team.

これからは良きパパとして人生を謳歌してくださいね。そしてときどきはエスタミネーに顔を出してね〜❤️

For sure we will miss him greatly, but I wish he enjoys his fatherhood immensely which I know is a wonderful journey. Please stop by at Estaminet once in a while❤️
